Dental care in China is typically done on an as need basis - when your teeth hurt - you go to the dentist.  Very similar to the way it was in the US prior to the preventative dentistry movement.  We are so honored to help send some great kids to the dentist every six months in two different areas in China - and to think they are using equipment my dad used in his practice and donated is an amazing legacy.
